Before an online permit application can be submitted, you must first identify the parcel or property where you would like this to take place. Follow these steps to complete:
- Use search to locate your parcel. It is usually best to use site address (if one exists), or owner last name.
- In the example below, the Last Name "Smith" is searched. This will return all parcels where owner name contains "Smith" (green arrow below). You do not have to search the entire Last Name, as any portion of the name that matches will be returned (i.e. - "Smith LLC").
- NOTE - You do NOT have to enter something into every search field. It is better to only add more search criteria when the results of search have many parcels returned. Using multiple search criteria reduces the number of search results, as all criteria entered must match.
- Once you have located the parcel where you would like to obtain a permit, click "add" (blue arrow).
