You do not need to log in to the Ascent system.
If you are on a log in page, click the "Previous Page" link or use the arrow at the top to go back.
To find your property, we recommend that you enter minimal information in your search.
Recommended:
- Uncheck the "Inactive" check box
- Enter only your name OR
- Enter only the Street Number and Street Name (DO NOT add a street type like Road or Rd) OR
- Enter just the Mailing Address house number and street name (ex: 123 Main)
- Click the red parcel number to open that parcel.
Click on the "Request Mailing Address Change" link to start the request.
IF THERE IS NO "REQUEST MAILING ADDRESS CHANGE" LINK THEN THIS FEATURE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTY/MUNICIPALITY.
Click "Select All" or select individual parcels for the address change request, click "Start Request". If there is only one parcel, click "Start Request".
Enter the new address, your name, email address and phone number. When completed, click "Send Request".
The request will be reviewed by county staff and changed. They will contact you if there is any question about the request.
