Choosing a specific survey from a list of survey search results will display the survey details page for that survey. The survey detail page consists of two sections: the survey detail overview section and the parent/child and USPLS locations section.
SURVEY DETAILS OVERVIEW SECTION
This highlights some important information about the survey record including:
- Survey Type: This describes what type of survey or transaction is defining the boundary change or boundary clarification.
- Survey Date: The date of the survey or the date that the document was filed.
- Surveyor: For survey transactions created by survey documents (e.g. CSMs, Plats of Survey, etc.), this option can be used to find items by who performed the survey. Note that some counties may not specify its surveyors and/or may not indicate the surveyor for a particular survey record.
- File Number: The job or file number associated with the survey document. Not all documents will have a file number.
- Company: The company that performed the mapping survey. Note that some counties may not specify its survey companies and/or may not indicate the company for a particular survey record.
- L.I.D Number: The file number for Land Information Documents. Not all survey transactions will have an LID number.
- Client Name: The name of the client associated with the survey document. Not all documents will have a client name.
- C.S.M Number: The map number of the certified survey map, if the instrument type for this survey is type "Certified Survey Map". This field will only display if the survey type is CSM.
